Cineaim Web Services provides website design services. We utilize the WordPress.org software, which is licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL). For more information, refer to the WordPress.org License.
Subscription Payments
If you subscribe to our services, we use Razorpay as our payment gateway. Please review the Razorpay Terms for more details about payment processing and subscriptions.
Use of Services

In no event shall CWS be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Services, even if CWS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. CWS’s total liability for any claim arising out of this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the Services.

Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Changes to the Agreement
CWS reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time, without prior notice. The updated Agreement will be posted on the CWS website, and your continued use of the Services after the modifications are made will constitute your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
