Cancellation of Services:

Products or services purchased from Cineaim Web Services are subject to our refund policy. Please note that the following conditions apply:

• Domain and Setup Fee: Domain purchases and setup fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Subscription: The subscription amount is eligible for a refund if a cancellation request is made before the commencement of the website design workflow process. Please note that there will be no refund for the ongoing subscription plan. However, you have the option to cancel the upcoming subscription from your customer dashboard. 2. Refund Procedure:

To request a refund, please follow the following steps:

Initiate the refund request by sending an email to cws@cineaim.com within 24 hours payment initiation. In your email, please provide a detailed explanation of the reason for your refund request.

Review:

Our team will promptly review your request. We will assess it to determine whether it aligns with the conditions for a refund, as outlined in this policy.

Notification:

Will get in touch with you as soon as possible via mail.

3. Important Notes:

Refunds will typically be issued in the same form as the original payment.

If a refund is granted, please allow 5 to 10 working days for processing and crediting to your account. Please note that payment gateway charges of 3 to 5% of the total amount are non-refundable, and the remaining subscription amount will be credited.

In the event of a full or partial refund, we may retain rights to any work completed as part of the project.

This refund policy is subject to change at our discretion. Any modifications will be posted on our website and will apply to all projects initiated after the date of the policy change.
