1. Order or Service Cancellation:

  • Cancellation of Website Design: If you wish to cancel the website design service, please request the cancellation within 24 hours of the initial payment.
  • Cancellation of Recurring Subscription: To cancel a recurring subscription, please raise a cancellation request at least 15 days before the next billing date. This ensures that the upcoming bill will be canceled. Please note that no refund will be initiated for the remaining days of the ongoing subscription.
  • Before Planning Workflow Begins: You have the option to cancel an order or service at any time before the planning workflow process begins without incurring any fees. Please note that domain purchases and one-time setup fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If any service is provided and our team has spent time on your order midway, we reserve the right to decide whether or not to initiate a partial or full refund based on the work completed.

2. Cancellation Procedure:

  • For orders or services cancelled before the planning workflow process begins, you will not incur any cancellation fees.
  • Domain purchases and one-time setup fees are non-refundable.
  • Domain subscription will be yearly basis and in case need to cancel raise the request before the next billing cycle.
  • Our team will typically respond to your cancellation request within 3 working days.
  • Refunds can take 5-10 days to appear on your bank statement. Processor fees are not refunded.
  • The processing fee charged by payment gateways, typically ranging from 3 to 5%, is non-refundable. Any remaining funds after deduction of this fee will be credited to your account, as outlined above.

Please be aware that our cancellation policy is subject to change at our discretion. Any modifications will be posted on our website and will apply to all orders, services, and subscriptions initiated after the date of the policy change.
