Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Here’s how you can cancel your orders or subscriptions with Cineaim Web Services:

1. Cancellation Timelines

  • New Orders: You can cancel a new order within 2 hours of payment initiation.
  • Ongoing Subscriptions: A 15-day notice is required to cancel any recurring subscription.

2. How to Cancel

All you need to do is email us at cws@cineaim.com with the following details:

  • Subject: “Cancellation Request for Order ID: [Your Order ID]”
  • Your Name and Contact Information
  • Service Details (e.g., Website Design, Subscription Plan, etc.)
  • Reason for Cancellation
  • Requested Cancellation Date

3. Important Notes

  • Orders canceled before the start of work will not incur fees.
  • Domains and one-time setup fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for eligible cancellations may take 5–10 days to process, minus any payment gateway fees (typically 3–5%).
  • If partial work has been completed, refunds will be evaluated based on the stage of the service.
